Yes, it's a torso shaper (not so much trimmer, but I wasn't after that). Yes, it's comfortable to wear. However, in terms of the bust, it doesn't shape at all. The bust portion is soft, with no shaping. Unless you have a perky bustline, your clothes will fall flat, and any nipple shape will show through. I wouldn't recommend this for the money.

Since many reviews are from women with large busts, thought I should write in and let my fellow small busted sisters know that perspective. Yes, it smooths the tummy and back area. My Sassy Back stays down and doesn't roll....sounds good so far. My shoulders do hurt after wearing this for a few hours because the straps seem too short. My biggest problem is the bust area....The same material is used up top as for the tummy, and so it squishes the bust as well! I tried to make this better by wearing my padded bra underneath and I'm still squished. So, I don't wear it because while my tummy may be flatter, my bust is, too, and I have no shape. I'm trying the yummie tummie next because they have different materials for different areas.

Great concept but being as short waisted as I am and bra size being a 44C it didnt work for me at all. Cup didnt fit properly and bottom rolling up all the time all I did was fidget! Not fun waste of my hard earned money.

First of all, I'm considering buying another Torso Trim. I have the underwire torso trim and the underwire bra. I agree with the other reviews in that: 1.) the back fat issue is definitely helped and 2.) there's not much, if any, lift. I wear a "C" cup and (having nursed 3 children) need the support of an underwire. Both of these products flatten me out and I look like I have a sports bra on, to a certain degree. BUT they are totally comfortable and I look much trimmer in the Torso Trim. I'm about ready to give up the "lift" factor for the trimmer torso. Too bad I can't have both! I probably will NOT reorder the underwire bra.

This product didn't work for me. It has gathers on the bust area, which showed through the thin top with which I wanted to wear it. The company was great at customer service though, and promptly refunded my money.
