Pros:
~ No seams, so they create a nice silhouette.
~ They are tight enough to even out the belly, but don't really create a smaller-looking belly as Spanx do. This also means no extra skin at the top near your bra line
Cons:
~ No easy panty opening so you have to pull the whole thing down when using the restroom.
~ As mentioned above, doesn't have the suck-in affect of a Spanx product, so if you're looking for that you may want to keep looking

I think because they use a name as "LIPO IN A BOX" it sends the wrong message to the people.
This is just another panty that happens to sit under your breast.
I find it amazing that it doesn't roll down, but well... it doesn't hold ANYTHING anyway...
If you expect a panty... a long one... this is for you.

This is a perfect undergarment if you want just a little control It does not constrict movement or breathing. I would recommend it

i love the high waist brief! the brief definitely makes you feel better in your clothes by smoothing out the front tummy area and backside. I have also noticed that my posture is straighter while wearing this garment. i would recommend this to anyone who have these trouble areas!!!

This was my first lipo in a box item ordered. I really liked this item because it made my clothes look smoother. The downside is that I have to wear a bra and stretch the fabric of the brief up under my bra to secure. After a few washes (in cold water-hang dry) the fabric didn't seem as stretchy and I had to tug at it to pull up creating small holes in the fabric. I am a 1X 38C and still use this occasionally, but if you are on the big side and have a "broad back" as I do, I don't really recommend this for the money. For smaller sizes I think it would fit better.
