3Suck it in!  Jan 15, 2010
I bought this thing to train myself to stand up straight and suck it in. Its true to size so make sure you order according to your exact measurements. I normally wear a small but I got the medium and glad I did. I would never have been able to get the small over my hips. It does suck it in and elimates the muffin top. However, it does poke the sides and roll down a bit in the back if you DON'T stand/sit up straight. Its very comfortable. I've been wearing it all throughout my workdays with no complaints, but towards the end of the day I can't wait to get it off. Pretty invisible under clothes. No one has noticed or at least they haven't said anything. No chaffing, rashes or sweating. Easy to pull on and off. In all, I would recommend this product.

This is great. I measured before I put it on & after. I lost over 2 inches. I highly recommend this!
